परिवार, दोस्तों 

 दिल्ली में एक छोटे बूढ़े आदमी था. उसके पास एक भतीजी था. वह बहुत अच्छी थी, लेकिन वह दूर रहती थी. ( in dilli there was a little old man. he had a niece . she was very good but she lived far away. ) एक दिन वह उसका चाचा जी मिलने आयी थी  (one day she had came to visit her uncle ) 

चाचा जी का घर में  ऊपर से एक आवाज आई. (In uncle's house from up stairs a voice came) " मैंने आपकी टोपी खो तो नहीं दी! (I didn't lose your hat!*) 
इस चाचा ने कहा "अच्छी लेकिन  मैं खोज सकता नहीं हूँ!"(fine, but I cannot find it! ) हमेशा की तरह उसकी भतीजी पूछा "चाचा आप अपनी टोपी पर फिर बैठे रहे हैं ?( uncle are you sitting on your hat again?)
चचा  जी ने कहा " नहीं! ...एक सेच्दोंद? ...."(No! ...one second?..)
भतीजी : "आप ने क्या कहा?" 
चाचा जी: "ओह!... कोई बात नहीं"
वे परिवार और अच्छे दोस्त थे . इस कारण था कि वह  बूढ़े आदमी अपनी छोटी बहन को याद दिलाया (the reason for this was that she reminded the old man of his little sister ).
जब वह छोटा था तो विभाजन हुआ. (when he was a youth then the पर्तितिओन happened ). उसको,  उस समय में, अपनी प्यारी बहन खो दिया (he lost his beloved sister in that time ). उसकी देखभाल के लिए उसकी भांजी बहुत काम किया. इस बूढ़े आदमी को  परेशानी था. .(he was troubled by the work his niece did to take care of him in his old age. )  जब उसको  उस ने कहा था तब अपनी भतीजी जवाब, (when he said this to her his niece just answered )

"चचा जी कोय बाद नहीं. मैं यह काम कर सकती हूँ क्योंकि पिता जी ने मुझे अपनी पुरानी गाडरी दे दी. तो अब यह कोई परेशानी नहीं हैं. 

 (uncle sir it is no matter. I can always do this work because father gave me his old car. So now there are no worries/ troubles. ) तब उसकी भतीजी नीचे आयी और कहा "  मैं आपके  कमरे सफ कर चुका है और मैंने अपनी काम ख़त्म कर लाया. (I have finished cleaning your rooms and I have completed my work) चचा जी ने कहा  "बहुत  अच्छा! यहाँ तुम अपने पैसे ले लो." (very good! here take your money) उसने जवाब दिया(she answered ) "शुक्रिया लेकिन  नही . मैं अपनी काट मिलनी चाहिए क्योंकि बारिश हो रही है. (Thank you but no. I  should  get my coat because it is raining). 

"अच्चा, तब मैं मेज़ पर पैसे रख देंगा. (ok, then I will put the money on the table) 

जब तुम पैसे ले लो तो इसे अपनी  जेब में रखने दो. (when you take the money then remember to put it in your pocket. ) " लेकिन वह हमेशा पैसे लेने "भूल" जाती है (but she would always forget  to take the money ).

क्योंकि मृत्यु हम सब के  लिए  आ जाएगा बूढ़े आदमी  को उदास नहीं जब मृत्यु उसके लिए भी था. सुच मैं वह बहुत ख़ुशी था 

(because death comes for  us all  the old man was not sad when death had came for him too ).  वह जानता था कि उसकी छोटी भतीजी सुरक्षित होगा क्योंकि वह उसे उसके सारे पैसे दे दी .अब वह स्कूल जा सकती  हैं. .( he knew she would be safe because he gave her all his money. Now she COULD go school. )
